Context: We are looking for a talented Android Developer to join us and support the company's strategy in mobile development.
o Contribute to the full lifecycle of feature development, from initial concept to production release and post-launch support, actively adding value across all Agile phases (planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance).
o Collaborate with the Lead Developer, Technical Product Owner, and Enterprise Architect to shape and define technical solutions for new functionalities.
o Design and propose architectural enhancements to improve scalability, maintainability, and performance.
o Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality standards while fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
o Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to enhance application stability and optimize performance.
o Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements when appropriate.
o Share expertise, promote best practices, and provide functional and technical guidance to team members when needed.
o Strong expertise in Android development (Kotlin), supported by delivered projects that demonstrate hands-on experience.
o Advanced knowledge of Jetpack Compose, with deep understanding beyond basic usage (architecture, state management, performance considerations).
o Solid grasp of the mobile ecosystem, common architectural patterns, and emerging technologies such as Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
o In-depth understanding of RESTful services and API integration.
o Ability to translate complex business and functional requirements into clear technical designs and specifications.
o Practical experience with Firebase services (e.g., Cloud Messaging, Dynamic Links, Crashlytics) is considered an advantage.
o Good understanding of mobile UX/UI principles and best practices.
o Experience integrating third-party SDKs and external services (e.g., camera features, document scanning, electronic signature solutions).
o Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, including Firebase and Crashlytics.
o Experience working with Azure DevOps and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
o Comfortable working within Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
o Professional proficiency in English.
