The mission is to support the company’s sites in strengthening their cyber resilience. First part of the mission is to implement and improve a robust reconstruction plan (PRII). The second is to create and conduct cyber crisis exercises. The final objective is to test and improv the plant's ability to cope with a major cyberattack, and to quickly and effectively rebuild its critical systems (IT and OT). This approach is part of a continuous improvement process for the Cyber resilience strategy and capabilities, in alignment with Group directives and ISO 22301 requirements.
PRII (Plan de Reprise Informatique Industrielle): o Deploy PRII in remaining industrial sites o Increase the scope of PRII on other technical perimeter o Take part in the workshop for Identify and formalize the Cloud dependencies
Cyber Crisis Exercise:
- Define the specific objectives and modalities of the cyber reconstruction exercise. o Identify prerequisites (stakeholders, resources, exchange protocol). o Organize a PRII awareness and communication session for stakeholders.
- Prepare the reconstruction exercise: Refine the pre-identified cyber crisis scenario (e.g., major cyberattack, infection and propagation, wiper detonation), define the scope, and develop a detailed timeline (chronogram).
- Prepare and validate the exercise observation checklist. o Design technical and operational stimuli and injections to animate the exercise.
- Facilitate the reconstruction exercise on-site (briefing, scenario simulation, observation in the control room and in the field, hot debriefing).
- Analyze and report on the exercise results, including participant feedback, observations, and test reports. o Identify strengths, weaknesses, and observed gaps.
- Develop a concrete action plan for the continuous improvement of cyber resilience and the PRII framework.
- Organize and facilitate a cold debriefing to consolidate lessons learned and recommendations.
- Identify gaps observed during the exercise and update the reconstruction sheets for the technological building blocks concerned.
- Validate the revised versions with stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key teams on cyber resilience concepts, business continuity procedures, and the use of the PRII corpus.
- Experienced in Cyber resilience, Business continuity management, Cyber crisis management
- Autonomous, Proactive, Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to Collaborate Closely with various company stakeholders
- Experienced in Conducting cyber crisis exercises in an industrial environment (IT and OT)
- Ability to design and document Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and IT Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), specifically PRII (Plans de Reprise Informatique Industrielle).
- Knowledge of best practices in cyber crisis management.
- Proven expertise in designing, preparing, and facilitating cyber crisis exercises, including scenario creation, timeline development, and stimuli/injections.
- Experience in project management and change management in complex environments.
- Proficiency in French and English is mandatory
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and raise awareness among diverse audiences.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, training sessions, and simulation exercises.
- Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office suite)
- Expertise of the ISO 22301 is a plus
