Main mission: ensure a secure, resilient production environment that complies with requirements and best practices, protecting critical systems, data, and operations from internal and external cyber threats.
Important note: The ideal profile should have hands-on experience with enterprise network security environments, including large-scale corporate network infrastructures. Experience in banking, financial services, or other complex and highly regulated environments is considered a strong plus. Please note that the role is focused on enterprise networking, rather than telecom/service provider networking.
o Implementing firewall flows on various filtering devices according to validated requests via internal tools.
o Ensuring proper deployment of Group and Local Security Policies on FW, Proxy, and WAF devices.
o Partnering with projects and ITRM teams to implement flows, including application flows.
o Conducting technical investigations needed to resolve incidents or blockages.
o Implement filtering rules on all filtering equipment (Firewall, Router, Proxy, WAF, etc.) in compliance with current security policies and the "Firewall Request Management" procedure.
o Act as liaison with the business units’ security departments, security production teams, and technical architecture teams to evolve risk analysis matrices in line with needs and automation goals.
o Serve as the technical point of contact for vendors to manage the filtering solutions/products.
o Promote and implement security best practices, be proactive in proposing and developing continuous improvement initiatives.
o Operationally implement security policies for filtering tools.
o Manage incidents within scope, including continuous monitoring of solutions.
o Configure the tools within their scope.
o Ensure the longevity of technical solutions and manage obsolescence.
o Ensure proper application functioning, maintainability, and scalability (Access, Logs, Monitoring).
o Analyze and fix functional or technical anomalies reported by users of operational security solutions.
o Handle version upgrades and evolutions, maintaining consistency across the application landscape.
o Ensure achievement of action plan objectives in their area (availability rate, incident resolution time, etc.).
o Formalize procedural frameworks to support operational processes.
Mandatory:
o At least 3 years of proven experience in network security (nterprise network security environments)
o Firewalls: Checkpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto
o Fluent in French & good command of written and spoken English
o WAF (Web Application Firewall) Management – WiFi, NAC, MobiMax/MobiOffice
o Experience in incident resolution or contribution to production and security incident resolution
o Ability to perform troubleshooting & solving incidents and to document and track the incident lifecycle (ideally in ServiceNow / other ticket management systems)
o Ability to contribute to projects enhancing network security (network audit included)
o Experience in incident resolution or contribution to production and security incident resolution

o Frameworks / Certifications: NIST / CIS, ISO 27001, Cisco Certifications (CCNP, CCIE) and F5 certifications are a plus
