As an IT Operations / Production Engineer, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating production activities in accordance with established procedures and processes. The role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders across Operations, business, and application development teams worldwide. You will contribute to ensuring operational stability, supporting effective knowledge sharing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Execute production activities in accordance with defined procedures and processes, including:

Component deployment and release management
-
Updating, deploying, and executing batch scheduling assets

Monitoring, controlling, and reporting on global Mainframe processes, including file processing
-

Coordinate operational activities with other teams, particularly Operations and worldwide application development teams.

Contribute to knowledge transfer and knowledge-sharing activities across Operations teams.
-
Participate in the definition, improvement, and documentation of procedures and processes required by the team.

Contribute to building a collaborative team environment and embracing the organization's culture.
-
Support regular activity reporting and KPI preparation/calculation.
-
Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Follow ITIL-based processes and practices as part of daily operations.
Technical Skills

Good knowledge of Mainframe / z Systems technologies.
