The main mission of an IT Business Analyst is to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing requirements, designing workflows, and ensuring successful implementation of IT projects.
o Manage the relationship with internal clients by overseeing the analysis, design, development, and implementation of new business solutions, as well as the maintenance and optimization of existing systems.
o Participate in:
o Internal testing of new or modified modules/applications.
o Drafting and updating documentation related to designed applications.
o Estimating task costs, including effort and duration.
o Evaluating external solutions.
o Provide support during development, homologation testing, and the deployment of new developments into the production environments of the information system (IS).
o Contribute to evolutionary and corrective maintenance activities for applications by:
o Analyzing evolving requirements according to current methodologies.
o Investigating user-reported issues during application production, determining whether they are evolution requests or defects.
o Analyzing errors, proposing corrective solutions, assisting with implementation, monitoring corrections, and promoting them within the IS production environments.
o Graduate of an IT-related faculty such as Polytechnic University, Faculty of Automation, or ASE, Faculty of Cybernetics.
o At least 3 years of experience in implementing and maintaining banking IT solutions.
o Familiarity with analysis and synthesis methods in the IT field.
o IT expertise including Windows OS, AIX, and Informix/Oracle DB.
o Advanced experience with Java applications and web-based solutions.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
o Experience with Jira and Confluence.
o Intermediate proficiency in English.
o Results-driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
o Excellent communication skills with a strong understanding of business objectives.
