- Deploy and support CrowdStrike Falcon
- Support McAfee
Scope:
- CrowdStrike Falcon EDR
- McAfee antivirus
- Provide CrowdStrike support
- Provide McAfee support
- Manage CrowdStrike Falcon agent deployment on OT scope using Tanium Interract
- Monitor the agent's coverage rate
- Maintain the active communication with the responsible teams: application team, Monitoring team, Infrastructure team and local teams in the plants
- Knowledge of CrowdStrike Flacon
- Knowledge of McAfee antivirus
- Knowledge of Tanium, ServiceNow, JIRA
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows et Windows Server
- Knowledge of Linux (Red hat, CentOS)
- Basic understanding of ITIL (RUN, CHANGE)
- Capacity to resolve issues and conflicts in a diplomatic way
