Purpose of the service
We are developing an AI-based chatbot in a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. This agent must allow customers to obtain an answer to their question asked on the website.
We have already set up a POC. The agent exists. The expectation of the service is to have support to transform this POC into a tool that can be industrialized and presented to millions of customers with a high level of accuracy.
It is a conversational agent that takes various sources of information as input, including websites and the vehicle configurator, and allows interaction with the customer and thus answers his questions. The main source is the website.
Key features of the agent:
We expect assistance in the industrialization of our POC with:
Sources
- Industrialize the updating of information sources (process, frequency, alerting, etc.)
- Propose a dashboard presenting the result of the indexing of these sources (in target, there will be one agent per country) and any anomalies.
- Set up the process of updating the bot and sources
Quality
- Enable the establishment and maintenance of a high level of accuracy
- Implementation of an automatic quality control system in case of source updates
- Implementation of a dashboard on quality measurement
LLM Framework
- Implementation of an llm framework that provides high accuracy in responses, a low hallucination rate and a low response time. The framewok will be put into production on genAI
Security
- Implementation of agent security for any type of fraudulent infringement/use
- Implementation of a rate limiting system by project and ip
Environment
- Enable the BOT to operate on development/validation/production environments
Know-how necessary to provide the service / areas of expertise
Essential Technical Skills:
Very good level in Python (async/await, unit tests)
Proficiency in Kubernetes (deployment, CronJob management, troubleshooting)
Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices (pipelines, automation)
Application of development best practices (clean code, architecture, code review)
Familiarity with GitLab (CI/CD, merge requests)
Bonus Skills:
Experience with Dynatrace (monitoring and observability)
Knowledge of the Kubernetes ecosystem in production and the platform (chatapi, apigee etc.)
