- Provide Level 2 Operational Maintenance for applications such as Acronis, VersionDog (Octoplan), and Bitvise.
- Ensure security maintenance and compliance across supported applications.
- Manage the full lifecycle of incidents, changes, and problems.
- Analyze and resolve technical incidents efficiently and accurately.
- Perform deployment and validation of new software versions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation: service tickets, change requests, and upgrade campaign plans.
- Coordinate and schedule global upgrade campaigns, considering system constraints and business needs.
- Maintain active and clear communication with infrastructure, monitoring, and local plant teams.
- Support continuous improvement of maintenance and upgrade processes.
- Ensure minimal disruption during upgrades and incident resolution through proactive planning.
- Knowledge of ACRONIS is considered a strong plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019), as well as Linux environments.
- Experience with VMware ESX (version 6.5 or newer).
- Familiarity with NAS systems such as Synology and QNAP.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Tanium, ServiceNow, and Jira.
- Basic understanding of network concepts (IP, routing, DNS, etc.).
- Awareness of ITIL principles, particularly RUN and CHANGE processes.
- Ability to resolve issues and conflicts with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
