Has the same activities as a Developer, plus… o Always be in touch with the Solution Architect to ensure the consistency of the technical solution o Help team to master and grow technical skills o Provides guidelines and expertise on technology implementation design o Pilot the diagnostic and the resolution of complex issues o Ensures technical best practices alignment between teams and promotes new ones o Verify that the level of quality of the solution is in conformance with the quality objectives o Technical Facilitator regarding all team members
Competencies: o Proficiency in Java-based back-end applications, REST API services, Spring/Spring Boot, SQL, NoSQL o Solid understanding of Model View Controller (MVC) design patterns, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and development best practices o Proven leadership skills with experience in managing junior technology resources o Strong business acumen with good knowledge of industry perspectives o Analytical mindset with a strong interest in innovative technologies and a desire to work on cutting-edge projects. o Methodological competence, including agile software development and test-driven development approaches o Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field. o Highly driven, motivated, and fluent in English (both written and verbal). Knowledge of French is a plus.
