o Good understanding of detailed functional specifications and translation into technical specifications.
o Object oriented programming, unit tests, design patterns, web services, domain driven design and SQL server technologies.
o Provide exhaustive estimations of workload required to achieve the development and unit tests.
o Interest in and the ability to share technical solutions and ideas with colleagues verbally, in writing and in presentations.
o Ensure the compliance with specifications, standards and procedures (architecture, security, quality, documentation).
o Participate in design, code reviews, automation ideas, production supervision.
o Experience with agile methodologies – SCRUM framework.
o Excellent work habits, organized, results driven and integrity.
o A mindset for innovation, creativity, risk taking and product development
o Expert in developing back-end application using Java 8+, Spring Spring boot and Spring Batch
o Sound understanding of front-end JavaScript technologies like React, with familiarity in Node.js for backend or development tooling.
o Adherence to best coding practices.
o Working knowledge of event-based architecture, Microservices preferred.
o Working knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment using Jenkins.
o Working knowledge of Linux Server – shell commands.
o Experience working with large, distributed systems and architectures.
o Experience on Database like PostgreSQL, MongoDB
o Experience working on unit cases (TDD, BDD, Sonar Coverage)
o Basic knowledge of Docker: creating, running, and managing containers.
o Basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts: pods, services, deployments.
o Familiarity with Linux command line.
o Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
o Very good level of English and good level of French (speaking/understanding)
