Context :
The Data Quality PM acts as a Lead, being responsible for defining and executing the data quality strategy across the Insurance Business Unit. This role leads a community of Data Quality Experts and Data Stewards, promoting collaboration and the adoption of best practices. The Lead establishes and enforces data quality governance, ensures clear ownership across data domains, and brings strong expertise in risk data models to support both regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Community Building
o Lead, coach, and support a cross-functional community of Data Quality Experts and Data Stewards.
o Foster a culture of data ownership, accountability, and quality awareness across business units. Governance and Strategy
o Define and implement data quality frameworks, policies, and standards.
o Establish, track, and monitor data quality KPIs and controls.
o Ensure alignment between data quality initiatives, enterprise data governance, and compliance requirements. Risk Data Expertise
o Understand and interpret risk data models, including their design, flows, and dependencies.
o Ensure clear data ownership and stewardship across risk data domains.
o Collaborate with Risk, Finance, and IT teams to support regulatory reporting and risk analytics through high-quality data. Operational Excellence
o Contribute to data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities.
o Lead root-cause analysis and remediation of data quality issues.
o Ensure data quality tools and processes are effectively embedded in business workflows. Stakeholder Engagement
o Act as a primary point of contact for data quality topics within the Insurance Business Unit.
o Engage with both business and technical stakeholders to understand data needs and challenges.

Qualifications

Proven experience in data quality management, data governance, or data stewardship.
o Strong knowledge of risk data models and regulatory data requirements.
o Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
o Experience with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Talend) is a plus.
o Willingness to learn and develop professional proficiency in French, with company support.
o Strong sense of responsibility and ambition to deliver results.
o A balanced mix of rigor, creativity, and communication skills.
o Enthusiastic, confident, innovative, curious, autonomous, and highly motivated to grow and develop professionally.
