Key Responsibilities

• Constructively challenge and refine the Product Vision in collaboration with the PO.
• Ensure alignment of the product roadmap Domain Directors and other actors.
• Define and maintain the product release strategy with the PO.
• Lead and coordinate large-scale SAP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Identify and remove delivery obstacles across workstreams.
• Maintain team momentum and support continuous delivery improvements.
• Oversee SAP integration and implementation tasks when needed.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in both design and delivery practices.
• Promote and support Agile frameworks (Scrum or others), practices, and values across teams and portfolios.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies as needed.
• Support the framing phase of product development to maximize value creation.
• Act as liaison between the team and broader organization to ensure necessary skills and resources are in place.
• Motivate and instill an Agile mindset and culture within the team.
• Participate in solution selection aligned with  IT architecture (in partnership with the PO and Solution Architect).
• Foster continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and best development practices.
• Help the team resolve blockers and facilitate consensus on complex issues.
• Coach the team in self-organization and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
• Shield the team from distractions and external disruptions.
• Guide the team in delivering high-value products and writing clear, concise user stories.
• Build Agile dashboards and oversee the delivery of Agile artifacts and key deliverables.
• Communicate progress regularly and clearly to stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of learning and iteration throughout development cycles.
• Provide coaching in organizational contexts where Agile practices are still being adopted.
