Context / Mission:
We are seeking an experienced French-speaking Test Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for validating applications and IT systems to ensure quality, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct functional and technical testing to identify defects and ensure application quality
- Define and implement testing strategies (manual, automated, API)
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data
- Perform and maintain non-regression testing
- Track, report, and follow up on defects
- Ensure the quality and completeness of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with development and production teams to analyze and resolve issues
- Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with testing procedures and standards
- Accompany the "Partner" tests
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to user story refinement
- Share knowledge and best practices within the testing team
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing
- Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Octane, and Postman/Bruno
- Knowledge of Java (or similar other programming languages)
- Familiarity with testing standards (e.g., ISTQB)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent in French (spoken and written)
- Experience in both functional and technical testing is preffered
- Familiarity with monitoring and log analysis tools (pre-diagnostic analysis)
- Software testing in banking projects (or financial services) is considered a plus
