- Maintenance in Operational Condition level 2
Maintenance in Security Condition. - Scope: Acronis, VersionDog (Octoplan) and Bitvise apps.
- Maintenance in operational condition level 2:
Manage the lifecycle of changes, incidents, problems. - Analyze and deliver resolution of incidents.
- Perform the deployment of new versions.
- Create the necessary documentation : tickets, change requests, upgrade campaings.
- Schedule of the global upgrade campaign regarding the requirements and limitations.
- Maintain the active communication with responsible teams : monitoring, infrastructure, local teams in the plants.
- Maintain active and clear communication with infrastructure, monitoring, and local plant teams.
- Support continuous improvement of maintenance and upgrade processes.
- Ensure minimal disruption during upgrades and incident resolution through proactive planning.
- Knowledge of ACRONIS is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Windows Server (2012/2016/2019),
- Linux and VMWare ESX (6.5 and newer).
- Knowledge of NAS (Synology, QNAP).
- Knowledge of Tanium, ServiceNow, Jira.
- Basic understanding of Network Concept.
- Basic understanding of RUN and CHANGE.
- Capacity to resolve issues and conflicts in a diplomatic way.
- Capacity to work in a multicultural environment.
