A repository enhancement project has been initiated to unify two key tools and improve overall efficiency. This multi-year initiative will be deployed progressively.
o Under the supervision of the Head of the Financial Assets Project Portfolio, you will oversee all functional aspects of the redesign project, including:
o Analyzing and consolidating user requirements
o Drafting project scope documentation
o Contributing to solution design and producing detailed functional specifications
o Organizing and facilitating workshops
o Coordinating with multiple stakeholders (CIO, Testing, Middle Office, Accounting, Asset Allocation, etc.)
o Ensuring regular project reporting
o As an IT Functional Transformation Project Manager, you will ensure the smooth execution of the project while closely monitoring timelines and budgets.
o In addition, you will contribute to existing reference frameworks by implementing necessary changes required by business activities that cannot be deferred until the delivery of the new tool.
Minimum of ten years’ experience within insurance, mutual insurance, or banking environments
o Higher education qualification or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics
o Proven experience in managing accounting and financial projects, particularly involving the deployment, optimization, or transformation of referential tools
o Strong expertise in financial assets, including asset classification, security life-cycle events, and the collection of asset data from providers such as Bloomberg and SIX Telekurs
o Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders and understand the challenges faced by different business lines
o Strong written communication skills, with the ability to structure information clearly and produce professional-quality documentation; excellent interpersonal skills
o Demonstrated adaptability, critical thinking, rigor, and autonomy
o Effective communication skills in French
