Context: As part of the ‘Workstation’ Squad in the Production IT department, you will bring your expertise in workstation management to ensure operational stability, security, and performance.
Responsibilities
  • Daily management of tasks related to the workstation environment.
  • Ensure the operating system and applications are patched and aligned with group security policies.
  • Act as Level 3 support for workstation-related system malfunctions.
  • Analyze and validate software configurations on workstations.
  • Define technical solutions aligned with security standards and internal validation processes to meet business needs.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for installed software and infrastructure.
  • Monitor vulnerabilities on production equipment and participate in remediation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in IT or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Windows client administration.
  • Windows 10 systems
  • SCCM (patching, software deployment, application evolution)
  • Security frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS
  • Virtualization tools: VMware, Citrix
  • Scripting: PowerShell, VBS
  • Networking: TCP/IP, Microsoft protocols, SMTP, HTTPS
  • ITIL best practices for change and incident management
  • Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Endpoint security solutions (e.g., Trellix)
  • Monitoring tools like Nexthink
  • Office 365 / Azure AD
  • Agile methods (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken)
  • Good working knowledge of English, especially technical English (able to understand and participate in technical discussions)
