Context: We are seeking a SAP CO S/4HANA consultant to provide expertise in ensuring the consistency of end-to-end solution integration. This role involves collaborating with the responsible IT teams throughout the implementation and deployment phases of the S/4HANA Finance project. The primary objective is to gain in-depth knowledge of the solution and oversee its implementation.
Assist in business workshops to design the future Core Design, ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the S/4HANA Finance solution.
o Support adjustments to CO and PP configurations based on workshop outcomes.
o Manage relationships with stakeholders and development teams.
o Draft detailed specification documents in English.
o Provide MVP startup support.
o Identify post-MVP releases with the IT teams and define implementation methods to minimize operational impacts on the existing IS.
o Contribute to the integration, testing, and migration strategy.
o Provide digital expertise to refine solutions envisioned by the Product Owner, ensuring alignment with best practices and market standards.
o Advise on potential improvements in the product backlog.
o Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing the Product Backlog.
o Propose prioritization adjustments based on perceived business value.
o Ensure the Product Backlog remains visible, transparent, and well-documented.
o Define and detail each selected feature as a User Story, ensuring it is small enough to be implemented within one sprint and includes clear acceptance criteria.
o Understand and prioritize Technical Stories and Defect Stories suggested by the team.
o Clarify any User Story upon request from the Development Team during a sprint.
o Participate in and contribute to Agile events with the team.
What we are looking for :
o Strong business analysis expertise.
o Ability to model business flows in the new IS system based on S/4HANA.
o In-depth knowledge of controlling processes and flows.
o Experience in defining and managing interfaces for the CO and PP domains.
Solid understanding of MM and FI integration.
o Hands-on experience with S/4HANA system configuration.
o Proficiency in working with Agile Scrum methodologies.
o Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities.
o Excellent listening and communication skills.
o Fluency in English.
o Experience in innovative projects with close business collaboration.
o Team-oriented mindset with strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
o Ability to synthesize information and provide clear insights.
o Comfortable sharing and transferring knowledge within Agile teams and with stakeholders.
o Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
