o Responsible for the entire recruitment process;
o First contact person throughout the whole application process;
o Active search of candidates;
o Create and publish the recruitment ads;
o Screening of applicants (phone and face-to-face interviews);
o Extend the hiring offers to the eligible candidates;
o Building a database of suitable candidates;
o Provide regular updates and reports on the recruiting activities;
o Encourage the employee referral program and follow up timely on each recommendation.
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or Foreign Languages (Master’s in Human Resources is a plus).
o Proficiency in English ;
o Ability to deliver results and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates;
o Forward-looking, flexibility and creativity;
o Good interpersonal and collaborative skills, ability to communicate with individuals at all levels;
o Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and have good organisational skills ;
o Good knowledge of psychology - knowledge of human behaviour and of human performance;
o The ability to mediate, negotiate and represent.
