- Understanding & practicing Agility while providing leadership in the adoption of Agile practices, culture and values by teams
- Faciliting Scrum events as requested/ needed while promoting the Scrum framework, tools and practices
- Providing assistance to the team during the framing phase of the product development in order to maximize the value creation
- Acting as a point of contact between the organization and the team in order to ensure that the required skills are staffed allowing efficient product development
- Helping the PO to keep focused on customer alignment and value creation, to achieve product objectives using Scrum, to understand product planning in an empirical environment and ensures that PO knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value
- Motivates and coaches the team in self-organization and cross-functionality, enables the team to improve its efficiency and quality of deliverables while protecting it from external interruptions and facilitating project level obstacle removal and team consensus on solutions
- Coaches the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood
- Offers his/her help to understand the need for clear and concise User Stories
- Installs a culture of continuous improvement and communicates on development progress
- Coordinates Agile artifacts delivery ( including technology and business value deliverables ) and builds Agile dashboards
- Helps stakeholders and employees understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development while leading & coaching the organization in its Agile & Scrum adoption, working with other Scrum Masters causing changes that increase the productivity of the Scrum Team and increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization
- At least 5 years of experience in Agile projects and 5 years as a Scrum Master
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Agile Manifesto & Agile methodologies, from a theoretical and a practical standpoint
- Able to enable the team to continuously increase product value, able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment o Technical practices: Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, eXtreme Programming, DevOps
- Able to work in a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment
- Excellent English skills
Nice to have: - Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Kanban, Lean Engineering and Lean Startup and French are highly appreciated
