Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring Agile in general, and Scrum or any other agile framework in particular is understood and enacted. He ensures that the Team adheres to Agile practices, culture, values and that it understands the chosen framework's theory, practices, and rules (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc...).

• • Demonstrates a solid understanding of Agile principles and actively promotes their adoption within teams and across project portfolios.

  • Provides leadership and guidance in embracing Agile culture, values, and best practices.

  • Ensures adherence to the Scrum framework, including the effective use of Agile tools and practices.

  • Facilitates key Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) as needed.

  • Drives continuous improvement by fostering a feedback-oriented environment through retrospectives and regular team reflections.

  • Supports the team during the framing phase to align product development with business goals and maximize value creation.

  • Assists the team in coordinating and synchronizing efforts with other Agile teams, particularly within the RPE/SAFe (Scaled Agile) framework.

  • Acts as a liaison between the team and the organization, ensuring necessary skills and resources are available to support efficient and high-quality product delivery.

  • Lead and coach the organization in its Agile and Scrum adoption, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.

  • Support employees and stakeholders in understanding and applying Scrum principles and empirical product development.

  • Identify and propose improvements that enhance the productivity and efficiency of Scrum Teams.

  • Implement changes that lead to measurable increases in team performance and delivery effectiveness.

  • Collaborate closely with other Scrum Masters to elevate the overall application and impact of Scrum across the organization.
